Rules of reporting bugs, problems and questions
All bugs, problems, questions and requests should be reported via e-mail, forum or in-game.
Emails topic need to include prefix [KDR] or [DKDR] depending on server which it concerns. For example: ‘[KDR] Character Name Change’.
All emails without prefix will be ignored.
If request or application definite account, e-mail must be sent from address, which this account is incorporated. Every mail need to include account ID.

We do not divorce players. You can divorce in-game or using Control Panel.
We do not answer questions regarding gameplay hints, tactics etc. Use our Board instead, there’s plenty of useful information.
Before issuing any request please make sure you met all requirements mentioned below.
Reporting players breaking game rules
All incidents involving rules infringement should be reported immediately, with incident description and screenshots. Reports with screenshots older than 7 days will not be investigated. GM is not obliged to respond to your report.
Reports with edited screenshots or screenshots not created by KDR game client will not be investigated. Do not edit the image or rename it.
Do not compress attached screenshots.
Reports of missing items
should contain:
1. Character name if missing item was in your inventory; account name, if it was in storage.
2. Date and time, you’ve seen the missing item for the last time.
3. Date and time, you’ve noticed the item is missing.
4. Name and amount of missing items, including refinement level and inserted cards.
Do not report missing items if you have given your login information to other people.
Disputes from regulamins punishments
must have:
1. Contents from line in ban table with include: login, date, reason of ban and name of GM
2. Arguments proving that punishment is unfair, which we can check.
Dispute should be sent in 14 days from the date of ban.
GM will never ask you for a password.
